Do you want help with a theme you have purchased? There are 3 ways to communicate with the designer and the Themes.com community.

Add a comment. Most designers monitor their comments and either they could provide feedback or somebody else who has an understanding of the theme may jump in and give feedback directly to you.

Read the theme's FAQs. Every theme has an FAQs section in which designers can post common questions that they get and give replies. The help you seek may be found in the theme's FAQs

Contact the designer. Click on a Designer's Username and you will be brought to their full profile. On each profile page, there is a contact form allowing you to email the Designer directly.
